Terms of Service

These terms set out the rules for using the BallScore service, including your user account, analytical content and paid services. By registering and using the service you accept the following conditions.
1. Definitions
"Service" means the BallScore platform available on the Internet. "User" is a person with an account. "Content" means match analyses, results and related materials made available through the service. "Paid services" means access to premium content after payment.
2. Services
BallScore provides users with football match analyses and recommended results. Some content is free (including a limited number of analyses per day); the rest is paid. The service does not operate as a bookmaker or accept bets – it only offers informational and analytical material.
3. Registration and account
You create an account by registering (email and password) or signing in via a third-party provider (e.g. Google). You agree to provide accurate data and keep your password confidential. You are responsible for activity on your account. We may suspend or delete accounts in case of breach of these terms.
4. Payments and premium content
Access to premium content is granted after payment of the indicated amount (in currencies offered in the service). Payments are processed by a third-party operator (Stripe). Refunds are governed by the payment operator's rules and applicable law. Purchased access to a specific analysis is non-refundable once provided.
5. Prohibited use
You may not share your account with others to circumvent limits, automatically scrape content, infringe intellectual property rights, or use the service for unlawful purposes. We reserve the right to block access and report to the relevant authorities.
6. Limitation of liability
Content is for informational and analytical purposes only. We do not guarantee the accuracy of predictions or results. The service is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law we exclude liability for losses arising from use of content or service interruption.
7. Changes and termination
Changes to the terms take effect upon publication. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance. You may delete your account at any time. We may discontinue the service with or without notice, or immediately in case of breach of these terms.
